How to Return a Product?

- A courier will pick up the product from your provided address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the return as per the policy.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for unused and undamaged products.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Handling Damaged or Defective Items
We ensure strict quality checks for all our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share an unboxing video and photos of the damaged product along with the original packaging.
- After verification, we will replace the product or issue a refund.
Size Exchanges
- If you order the wrong size, the product is not eligible for a refund.
- Exchanges are possible for unused and undamaged items in their original condition.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Packaging Tips
- Please unbox the package carefully.
