How to Return a Product?

We want to make returns as easy as possible. Here’s how you can initiate a return:

  • Contact us with your order details to start the return process.
  • A courier will pick up the product from your provided address.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the return as per the policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for unused and undamaged products.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Handling Damaged or Defective Items

We ensure strict quality checks for all our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share an unboxing video and photos of the damaged product along with the original packaging.
  • After verification, we will replace the product or issue a refund.

Size Exchanges

  • If you order the wrong size, the product is not eligible for a refund.
  • Exchanges are possible for unused and undamaged items in their original condition.
  • Please review our size chart carefully before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, you may request:

Packaging Tips

  • Please unbox the package carefully.
  • Damages caused by sharp objects during unboxing cannot be refunded.
